We have shipped thousands of these kits and technical support is just a click of the mouse away in case you get stuck while installing the battery yourself.

2. The battery kit will be shipped within one business day (usually same day) using UPS (you select the speed in the shopping cart)
3. You install the battery (following our easy instructions and using our special tools)
   
   

The Service is
available world-wide

You can select the option to send your iPod in to our battery replacement center and have one of our experienced technicians do the work for you. You will receive packing / shipping instructions and would be responsible for getting the iPod shipped to our service center. We would get your battery replaced and repackage your iPod for the return trip. The return shipment would be through UPS.

1. You Pack Up Your iPod (following our easy directions)
2. You ship the package to us using your preferred carrier (UPS, Fedex, Postal Service)
3. We replace your battery and ship the iPod back to you lickity-split on our UPS Account (you select the speed of the return shipment in the shopping cart - next).
